We are busy: social media, text messages, activities, homework, too much news (and most of it catastrophic and overly dramatic). There's no escaping it: it's everywhere... How often do we say "I wish there were more hours in the day" or "I just don't have time to relax". If we aren't doing everything all the time, we are getting behind.
Its almost impossible today to keep up the pace.
At Present Minds Ohio, LLC I focus on helping clients improve their overall quality of life. When you train your brain, not only do you get a 33 minute "time out" from the busy world, but your brain gets the opportunity to self-correct. This self-correction starts you on your own personal journey away from stress and anxiety, and towards calm, clarity, and focus. These "shifts" as we affectionately call them, are not temporary. Your brain learns to think differently.

Here's what a you can expect at a brain training session.
You come to my home office, or I come to you so you can train in the comfort of your own home.
You get comfortable in a recliner chair and kick up your feet.
I place 2 small sensors on your head, and 3 on your ears with a little paste.
Next you put on headphones and I start your session.
For 33 minutes you listen to relaxing music (or watch a movie if you'd like).
When the session ends I remove the sensors and remove the paste with a rose-water wipe.
